Permitted use
You may use iNuggets for personal or internal business planning and may print or save your own results. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the site in bulk, frame it as your own service, interfere with its operation, evade access controls, or use automated requests that unreasonably burden the service.
Estimates, not project specifications
Results depend entirely on the measurements and assumptions entered. They are approximate and may not reflect product variation, field conditions, pricing increments, code requirements, construction tolerances, or professional design. Verify quantities and requirements independently before purchase, installation, or contracting.
Ownership
iNuggets’ original site design, explanatory text, calculator implementation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and trademarks mentioned for descriptive purposes belong to their respective owners.
Availability and changes
We may correct, update, suspend, or remove a calculator or page without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage of results, or compatibility with every device and browser.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, iNuggets and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on an estimate, purchasing decisions, project delay, property damage, or unavailable service.
